Some of you may be familiar with the Overcoming MS program devised by Australian Professor George Jelinek post his MS diagnosis over 20 years ago.  It is an evidence based set of protocols showing that lifestyle choices such as the food you eat, the supplements you take, the exercise you do together with a number of other environmental factors, all play a large part in disease management. Since the program’s inception there have been many studies, clinical trials and much research into multiple sclerosis, and back in July the team at OMS hosted the Professor at an online questions’ webinar, to advise on the latest research findings.

Many topics were covered including hormones, alcohol, intermittent fasting and recent research work into possible links with the Epstein Barr Virus.  The webinar is a good hour plus but it is well worth listening to, here is the link: https://overcomingms.org/exclusive-resources/past-webinars/ask-professor-george-jelinek
