Some comments from attendees:
“Completing the MHGHS online course and the Ultimate Mobility Course really feels like it is the missing link in my knowledge in regards of how best to help my clients with MS.”
“Breaking it into the 3 EDSS levels gave really good time to process the info and then revise via adjacent guidelines within the session. I feel like I have retained a good amount of the info.”
“It was very interactive, so it made it easier for me to process all the new information.”
“I feel more confident and knowledgeable now about being able to safely guide my MS clients with safe exercise volumes and intensities.”
“I thought the schedule was fantastic. Really loved moving from higher to lower level ability clients and having real life examples was great. Easily one of my favourite courses I’ve done.”
