This program has been developed specifically for individuals with a classification of 0-4 on the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS). If you do not know your current EDSS score, the following measures will guide you: you should be able to get on and off the floor independently and currently walk without the use of external aids such as a cane or walker. To assist in determining the suitability of this program for you, we strongly recommend that you complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and proceed only if they answer “no” to all questions. Additionally, the level of exercise in this program is intended for individuals scoring 3 or less on the Patient-Determined Disease Steps (PDDS) screening measure. If you score 4 or more we recommend that you do not proceed due to the risk of injury.
