MS Get a Head Start - Terms & Conditions

Agreement: This Agreement is between MS Get a Head Start ("the Provider") and the Website User ("the Participant"). By accessing and using a MS Get a Head Start (MS GHS) education course, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions: Disclaimer for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis: Before participating in an online exercise program for individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS), you must seek medical clearance from your healthcare provider to ensure the program is safe and appropriate for your specific health condition. No Liability: The Provider disclaims all liability and responsibility for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from the use of the information presented in the course. The Participant agrees not to hold the Provider, its agents, instructors, or employees responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to the use of the course content. No Professional Relationship: The Provider-Participant relationship is limited to the provision of educational content through the online course. This Agreement does not establish a professional relationship for medical or healthcare services. Course Information: The course is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided is based on the best available evidence at the time of creation and may not be up-to-date or comprehensive. Third-Party Views & Opinions: The statements made by contributors to MS GHS are not MS GHS's views, opinions, ideas, policy, or position. MS GHS is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of third-party statements nor does MS GHS represent, endorse, approve, recommend, or certify any views, opinions, ideas, information, products, services, or processes of any of its contributors. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property associated with this program remains the property of MS Get a Head Start and its content is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The content is provided “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. You are granted a limited license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the materials is strictly prohibited. Sharing login details to enable others to access the program will result in termination of access without refund. Changes and Termination: The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the course at any time. Any updates or changes to the course will be communicated to the Participant. Purchases: All purchases of online courses are legally binding. No refunds will be provided once payment has been completed. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the course. The Provider is not responsible for any technical issues that may arise during the course. Results and Outcomes: Individual outcomes and results will vary based on each user’s personal circumstances, commitment, capabilities, effort, and application of the course. MS GHS is not responsible for (i) the effectiveness of the course, (ii) any results in relation to or outcomes from the course, or (iii) any decisions made by the users or any other third party based on the course. MS GHS does not represent, warrant, or guarantee the effectiveness, results or outcomes of the course. MS-GHS comments about the effectiveness, results or outcomes of the course are expressions of opinion only.
